Do I need to visit a mortgage broker office in person?
No — you can complete the entire mortgage process remotely. Our secure client dashboard handles document uploads, e-signatures, rate holds, and messaging. Many clients never visit an office. But if you prefer a face-to-face planning session, our Kelowna, Surrey, and Calgary locations are open weekdays and select Saturdays.
Which location should I choose if I live in a smaller BC or Alberta city?
You can work with any of our locations regardless of where you live — we serve both provinces remotely. Choose the location closest to your property or the team that best understands your local market. Our Kelowna office covers the Okanagan, Surrey covers the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley, and Calgary covers all of Alberta.
Are your mortgage brokers licensed in both BC and Alberta?
Yes. Our brokers are licensed with the BC Financial Services Authority (BCFSA) in British Columbia and the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) in Alberta. You can verify licence status on the BCFSA and RECA public registries at any time at bcfsa.ca and reca.ca.
How do I book a consultation at a specific office?
