Rates displayed on our site are representative and subject to change. Final approval depends on lender underwriting, property details, and complete documentation.

How we present rates

  • Rate results are filtered based on borrower scenario inputs and lender policy rules.
  • Insured, insurable, and conventional buckets are shown separately to avoid misleading comparisons.
  • We display lender notes, turnaround estimates, and prepayment highlights when available.

Compensation & incentives

  • Compensation is paid by lenders when a mortgage funds.
  • Promotions such as cashback or fee reimbursements are disclosed on the relevant rate card.
  • We do not charge borrowers an upfront fee for standard residential mortgages.
