Are your brokers licensed?
Yes. Every broker on this page holds an active provincial license — BCFSA in British Columbia and RECA in Alberta. You can verify any broker's status through their provincial regulator's public registry.
How do I choose which broker to contact?
You can use the search field and region/language filters to find someone who matches your area and communication preference. If you are unsure, reach out through the booking link or phone — we will connect you with the right person for your situation.
Is there a cost to speak with a broker?
No. Your first consultation is free with no obligation. For most standard residential mortgages, the lender pays the broker's commission when the mortgage funds — you do not pay us directly.
Can I switch brokers if it is not a good fit?
Absolutely. Mortgage planning is personal and the relationship should feel comfortable. If you are not connecting with the first broker you speak with, we will introduce you to another team member.
What languages do your brokers speak?

How quickly can I get a response?
